If you live in, or have visited Alaska, then you know how special a place it is. I was happy to share the parts of it I saw over the last three years; most of them about the village I live in and the people that make it a community. Thanks for the condolences about my best canine companion as well as about the blog in general. I think this was one of the first pictures I put on the blog. It was taken the day I got Butters, January 13, 2008. I may post pictures here from time to time; perhaps weekly, so check back.
